Rassemblement devant le TGI en soutien à Jules

Le 9 novembre 2019, la police avait réprimé avec cruauté la manifestation nationale des gilets jaunes à Montpellier. Même la presse mainstream avait reconnu que les autorités ont « étouffé » le cortège. Parmi les nombreuses personnes arrêtées figuraient Jules Panetier, militant anticapitaliste et gilet jaune qui couvrait ce jour-là l’événement pour le média indépendant Le Poing (Montpellier Poing Infos).
Après un procès reporté deux fois pour grève (réforme des retraites) et coronavirus, il comparait le mercredi 16 septembre 2020 au tribunal de grande instance de Montpellier pour « participation à un attroupement EN VUE DE commettre des violences et des dégradations » et… « dissimulation du visage », alors que le gouvernement inflige aujourd’hui des amendes à celles et ceux qui ne portent pas de masques !
Face à la répression, la solidarité est notre arme : rassemblons-nous ce mercredi 16 septembre à 13h45 au TGI de Montpellier !
